RAPID eHelpdesk Support app is a stand alone software application and does not permanently install on a desktop or server.

At anytime during the session the end user may break off the session by moving the mouse or X'ing out of the session, or by rebooting the computer.

A user creates a new USER ID or Password for every new session.

Best practice for a user is to back up their system before calling, if possible.

RAPID eHelpdesk Support does not guarantee or give warranty of work or provide guarantee of a successful outcome of your issue. Such as,  it may be necessary for an onsite technician to come to your computer or network if the issue/problem is hardware based. We will provide you with this information and give consultation after our review of the issue/problem.

Work on your issue/problem will begin after payment is received.
